In my experience the Project Tracka software is a valuable resource to help manage construction progress and it also provides detailed facts during claim negotiations that enables rapid resolution.

Project Tracka, we use Tracka to track progress on construction work inside BlueScope Steel. We log the activities carried out each day, including labour resources, mobile equipment and materials and attach photos of each days progress, building up a construction progress report with actual cost. Tracka saves me at least an hour a day and it records better, more detailed info.
